Medium Hair Style
Medium hairstyles offer many of the best features of both short and long cuts, making them a great choice for many women. Medium hair styles are easier to maintain on a daily basis than long hair, but still offer the versatility and femininity of longer looks. They stay in shape longer than short hairstyles, allowing you to go for more weeks in between cuts, but hold their shape better than long hairstyles, minimizing problems like split ends, flyaway hair or lack of body. Medium hairstyles are especially ideal for older women, as they project maturity without being aging.
Medium hairstyles can range in length from just below the chin to just below the shoulder. If you are looking to transition from short hair to long or vice versa, medium hairstyles give you a midpoint to try out a new look without making too much of a commitment. Medium hairstyles come in a variety of ranges that are suitable to most hair textures, making them the most adaptable for all kinds of hair.
Medium Hairstyles Tips
Women who are heavily involved in sports may want to stay away from medium hairstyles, as they are long enough to fall into the eyes but not long enough to pin up.
Medium hairstyles are also unsuitable for most updos, although for special occasions, hair extensions can be used to modify their appearance.
Some well-known celebrities with medium hairstyles include Katie Holmes, Courteney Cox Arquette, Rihanna, Jessica Biel, Paris Hilton, Jodie Foster, Kelly Clarkson, Nicole Richie, and Sophia Bush.

Jacob,
There are several things that need to be known before selecting a hairstyle to fit you ( not all hairstyles fit everybody the same ).
First off is, is your hair thin, medium thickness or is it thck?
Second, is the shape of your face & head….you want your hair to fall around your face in a smooth manner and not in a manner that will be hard to handle.
Third, is how long are you going to be wearing your hair….not all hairstyles & lengths will fit everyone.
Fourth, is the build of your body…again not all styles will fit everyone.
