If its with highlights, not neccessarily right... it depends what colour you have put in as highlights. Yes ultimately your hair will turn white when all the colour grows out. I went white at age 8 from a very dark brown and I am naturally white but I keep it coloured blond and have colour streaks in it so I dont look old. A 70s shag will look great on you!
